2. Scope of Services
​

  • Massage services are provided solely for relaxation, regeneration, and well-being.

  • Services do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

  • No diagnosis, medical advice, or therapeutic claims are made.

  • All massage services are strictly non-sexual.

3. Health Information & Client Responsibility
​

  • Clients are required to inform the service provider before the session of any relevant health conditions, including but not limited to: injuries, chronic pain, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or any other medical concerns.

  • Massage services may be adjusted, postponed, or declined if a health condition could make the session unsafe or unsuitable.

  • By booking an appointment, the client confirms that:

    • They have disclosed all relevant health information truthfully and completely

    • They understand the nature of the massage service

    • They voluntarily consent to receiving the massage

  • The service provider is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed or inaccurately disclosed health conditions.

 
4. Bookings
​

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via the agreed booking channel.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives confirmation.

  • Services may be provided:

    • At the studio: Doelis Aesthetic – Kosmetické studio, Klimentská 1974/20, 110 00 Nové Město

    • At the client’s home

    • As a home visit at another agreed location

5. Cancellations & Changes
​

  • There is no cancellation fee.

  • Clients are kindly asked to inform the service provider as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another client.

  • If the client is running late or unable to attend, a short message is sufficient.

6. Late Arrival​​
​

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings.

  • The full session duration cannot always be guaranteed in case of late arrival.

7. Payments

​​

  • Payment is made after the session.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and online payment.

  • Prices are agreed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
​

  • The service provider reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if it may be unsafe, inappropriate, or if professional boundaries are not respected.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with payment still due.

 
9. Personal Belongings

​

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The service provider is not liable for loss or damage.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
​

  • Personal data is handled confidentially and used solely for booking, communication, and service provision.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

  • Data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

11. Force Majeure
​

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (e.g. illness, emergencies).

 
12. Governing Law
​

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

  • The version valid at the time of booking applies.
